Yellowstone Continued - Back into the Park

We returned to the park on Thursday.  We saw buffalo a plenty.  No bears, but it was so beautiful.
We stopped at the Grand Canyon.  It was so beautiful.  It was spectacular.

When I lived in my in-laws basement they had a poster that I would see when I ran on the treadmill.  I never thought much about it, but when I saw it in real life I had a complete urge to go running.  Guess I am just one of Pavlov's dogs.

We took a little hike down to the falls.

Another rainbow.
Bret's bother joined us on the hike.
The rainbow on the moving water was so amazing.
Love these little wildflowers growing on the edge.
Lots of pictures.
Nappy napper.  At least he got to see the rainbow before he fell asleep.
I love how his hair looks like golden wheat in the sun.
I really wanted to stop and see some smelly mud pots.  I mean how can you really experience Yellowstone without the gross sulfur smell.
Stinky and cool.
One last stop before heading back.
