A Little More May

We enjoyed of the wonderful warm May Days.
Wes climbed the dirt mountain behind our house and thought he was pretty cool.

Brynn continued her love for climbing on chairs.

It's fun to look through the plate.

He is so so sweet when he sleeps.

She loves to cram in the corner.

When Wesley is sad it's all about his awesome said lip.  Brynn gets pools of water that form in her crystal blue eyes.  I love their sweet individual personalities.

Any opportunity to use an umbrella.

I heard that you can mail a ball so I decided to try it for the birthday of one of Wesley's friends who lives far way.  It worked.

We love playing in this wonderful weather.

Who doesn't just love rainbows?

Wes was playing Oops.  He was being the turkey from Red Hat Green Hat with his pants and shirt switched.  I absolutely love his sense of humor.

Spring Flowers

I love watching the chances in my flower bed.  The hope of spring coming when they first start pushing out through the snow.

Watching the world come to life again.

Persevering the cold and snow.

Blooming.

Finally filling my yard with color.

pop rock sugar cookie bars

We had a bbq with some of my neighbors on Memorial Day.  I want to find a better sugar cookie bar recipe, but I really really liked the pop rocks on it.  Mmmm.

Back to the Zoo

The next day we went to the zoo with a larger group.  We had so much fun looking at the animals and hanging out together.

All of us except my mom.
It was so wonderful to see my brother before he got deployed.

The Dinosaur Musem

After our dinner picnic and some photos we went into the dinosaur museum.

Pretending to be scared of dinosaur bones in pictures really is an awesomely classic thing.

Love exploring with this kiddos.  Brynn is my little dinosaur.  Roar was one of her first words, and she's liked dinos since she was tiny.

We detoured to a fun hands on sound exhibit.
She is such a funny baby.
I am obsessed with her face.

This little man is just as cute as his baby sister.

And here is where they get their awesomeness from.

My cute niece.

I'm pretending to eat the bones if you can't tell...weird and fun.  Look how cool the shadows behind me are.

All of us that went that day.

Such funny boys.

All four of us agian.  We are on a family picture roll.

Dinosaur bones are so neat and huge!

A fun little puzzle and puppet section for the little ones.

The water and sand area was oh so oh so fun.
My camera battery died after this point, but we saw more dinosaur bones and dug in a cool sand area they had for the kids.
