Here are a few more things from July.

The kids filled up a bunch of coolers with weather.  Our little rednecks sure our creative.

I love my little sleeping beauty.  Love the blond curls.

Dress up kid.

Wes loved the preschool camps he went to.  The Wet N' Wild one was of his favorites.

As Brynn's naps started disappear my pictures of the ever diminishing even increased.

Water experiment.  We put an ice cube in warm water, cold water, and not water.  Then we watched to see which melted first.

Nothing like some Pink's after picking out our fireworks for the 4th.

Wes paints smoke bombs.  They are his favorite fireworks because they don't make any noise.

I've been trying to do more sensory activities, and we're having so much fun.  Sidewalk chalk paint is a messy fun time with a pretty easy clean up.

Sometimes I love the morning.

Wesley decided to have a tea party today.  He even made invations with his dad. The kids were so excited when their neighbor friend joined them after her nap (and after I finished taking pictures).

Peppermint water paradise.

My cinnamon basil needed to be pruned baked because it was going to seed.  Now I am drying it out to add to play dough and for other sweet smelling sensory activities.  This herb smells and tastes AMAZING!

Wes saw a picture of water play using pool noodles and a pegboard.  He was determined to make his own with things we had at home.  What a fun kid.

McCall Last Days ~ The Fishery and Going Home

We went to the fishery in the morning.  I wan't super excited for to go, but it turned out to be interesting and the kids liked it.

I don't really like the kids picking flowers from places we visit.  But Brynn got to the flowers before I could.

So I put one in her hair.

I sometimes love pictures of the back of people.

It was really fun to watch deer out the window of our room.

After lunch we rented some bikes. There weren't enough bikes for everyone so we had to take turns.  Some played on the beach while others road, and then we switched.

We had so much fun, and it was so great for the cousins to be able to spend time together.

McCall Day 5~ Smoke Jumpers

I started the day not feeling very well so I stayed back while Bret took the kids to the hotel pool to swim with the cousins.

I was happily feeling better by the afternoon, and we went to see the smoke jumpers.  My bother-in-law has a cousin who is a smoke jumper there.

It was pretty cool to learn about what they do and see the parachutes.  Firefighters who jump out of planes.  The kids thought it was great;

We go a chance to climb in one of the planes, but we were quickly kick out because they got called about a fire.

It was cool to see how fast they got suited up and took off.

The guy helping suit them up is the cousin.  It was his day off, but he was nice enough to give us the tour.

Then we got to check out this awesome helicopter.
